By accessing or using the MoonshotBI platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MoonshotBI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

The Service is currently provided as a beta product. This means: • The platform is under active development and features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice. • You may encounter bugs, errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in service availability. • Valuation outputs, reports, and analytical data generated during the beta period may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change as our models are refined. • Beta access may be discontinued or transitioned to a paid service at any time. • We appreciate your feedback as a beta user and may use it to improve the platform. By using the Service during the beta period, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX, OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE. All content, valuation estimates, reports, scores, and outputs generated by the Service are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. Valuations generated by the Service are algorithmic estimates based on inputs provided by users and publicly available data. They are subject to significant uncertainty and may not reflect actual market values, investor sentiment, or outcomes in any specific transaction. The Company makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees that: • Any valuation estimate will be accurate, complete, or achievable in any transaction • Using the Service will result in securing investment, financing, or any business outcome • Investors, acquirers, or any third party will accept or rely upon the Service's outputs • The methodologies employed will be appropriate for any specific use case Actual valuations in arm's-length transactions are determined by market conditions, negotiation, due diligence, and many factors outside the scope of this platform.

The accuracy of any valuation or analytical output is directly dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. You represent that all information submitted to the platform is accurate, truthful, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of our models and data sources, but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any output. All outputs should be independently verified before being used in any material decision.

The Service, including its software, design, models, methodologies, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by MoonshotBI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the platform. By submitting data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IRREFRAGABLE AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Revised" date below or by notifying you via email or the platform. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where the Company is incorporated.
